Fieldmagic

Allows the users to create a job using the job wizard in our recently updated user interface (Mega UI).

Job Creation with Customer

1. Login to your Fieldmagic Account
2. Hover your cursor to the [Jobs] Module
3. Select “Create Job”
   
   
   
   
4. Create a new Customer or select an existing one
   NOTE: All the records of the chosen Customer will be loaded when you select one. You can also select “Use Custom Location” if the location of the Job for that customer is different from the customer’s listed sites
   
   
5. Create a New Site or select an existing one, then click "Next"
6. Create a New Contact, select an existing one, or you can skip this step by clicking the "Skip" button
   NOTE: The customer details that will be fetched upon searching are from the Customer Roles on the Contact if you select one.
   
   
7. Fill in the job details then click “Next”

   NOTE: In this section, you can now link the checklist for the Job directly by clicking and choosing on the checklist field. Assigning checklists is optional.
   
   

   
   

8. Review the Summary and click on"Schedule"
   
   
   
   

9. After confirming, you will be redirected to the Job so you can schedule it for a specific date and time via the job scheduler

Job Creation without Customer

1. Login to your Fieldmagic Account
2. Hover your cursor to the [Jobs] Module
3. Select “Create Job”
4. On the Customer Selection Screen, check the checkbox for “No Customer” then click “Skip” or “Next”

   NOTE: You can now bypass the Customer Selection/Creation. The Site is also optional and you can skip this page
   
   

   

   
   

5. Create a New Contact, select an existing one, or you can skip this step by clicking the "Skip" button

6. Fill in the job details then click “Next”

7. Review the Summary and click on "Schedule"
   
   
   
   

8. After confirming, you will be redirected to the Job so you can schedule it for a specific date and time via the job scheduler

   
   

NOTE: Job creation (Wizard) is also available on Job widgets of Assets, Customer, and Sites Modules. The specific data of your chosen record where you will create the job will be filled up automatically on the Job Wizards Field.
