Fieldmagic's Job Templates allow administrators to set up reusable job templates for use by office staff when setting up ad-hoc jobs such as repair jobs, call-out jobs, and installs. In the past, office users would need to create a job, add a job description, manually set the billing type (time and materials or flexible invoicing), as well as search for the correct checklist to attach to the job for field staff.
We wanted to make this process easier and the results are fantastic. We were able to eliminate over 90% of the clicks required. Where previously it would have taken an additional 6-8 clicks to set up a job, it now only takes a single click to attach a template.
