Fieldmagic has a GPS tracking feature that allows you to track your technicians. You'll be able to see the location of your technicians in real-time and the service or job addresses that are scheduled and assigned to them for the day.
Here's how to activate GPS tracking on the mobile app:
1. Launch your Fieldmagic Cloud app on your mobile phone and click the menu.
2. Click on your profile avatar:
3. Then click "Start" on shift.
4. Then you should be able to track the technicians on the Fieldmagic Desktop after a refresh of your page:
