Fieldmagic allows you to enable and disable your users from showing up on your calendar within User Management. This is useful where not all staff need to be marked visible for scheduling, and you'd like to manage who is available on the calendar at any time. 


Step 1: Open Settings



Step 2: Open Manage Users



Step 3: Edit User Record



Step 4: Enable or Disable Scheduling 


You can now toggle whether you'd like to see this user on the Job Scheduling Calendar, or if you'd like to hide them:
