Fieldmagic allows you to configure multiple types of Labor by flagging a product as a 'Labor' product. To set up your Labor types, please follow the below steps.
Step 1: Access Settings
You will need to be an Administrator User to access Settings:
Step 2: Access Product Catalogue
Step 3: Edit Product
Step 4: Set Flag to 'Labor' and 'Active'
Step 5: Update User Default Billing Categories
To ensure your staff always inherit the correct billing category for us in their time entries on the desktop and mobile app, ensure that you follow the below steps:
