Fieldmagic provides the ability to view and edit an Asset Checklist on Desktop and correct any mistakes a technician may have made while on a job. 


Step 1: Access the Assets Tab in your Job



Step 2: Search for the Asset on the Job in Question


Use a combination of the Serial Number search bar and the Status filter to quickly find the asset you need to adjust your findings: 


Step 3: Select the Checklist Icon on the Asset


This is the blue checklist icon shown below:



Step 4: Update Checklist Prompts on Dekstop


The below checklist for this asset will pop up allowing you to update the responses to your checklist:



Step 5: Preview Checklist PDF


Once you have made the necessary changes, you can select the preview option under your checklists icon on your job to see the updated PDF:
