Fieldmagic allows you to easily add or edit time entries on the desktop should your field staff forget or make an error.
Step 1: Select the Time Entries Tab on the Job
Step 2: Select Create Time Entry
Step 3: Enter in Start and End Dates and Times
Enter in the Start and End Dates and Times and then select Set:
Step 4: Enter in Additional Task Detail
Specify other key details in the task and click Save:
Once saved you will be able to see the new time entry saved against the Job as below in chronological order with the most recent dated task at the top and the oldest task below:
Editing Time Entries
Simply click on the pencil icon on a time entry to make any changes required, including adjusting the task start and end dates and times and other details:
