Fieldmagic supports both a Full Checklist Report as well as a Compact Checklist Report for Asset Reporting. 

To configure your format, follow the below steps. 


Step 1: Settings


If you are an Administrator user you can access the Settings area by selecting the gear icon in the top right-hand menu:




Step 2: Select Asset Types


Scroll down to where you see your Asset Types and select this:



Step 3: Edit Your Asset Type


Click on the pencil icon to begin editing your Asset Type settings:



Step 4: Define Your Asset Settings


You will be able to select between a Compact Asset Report and a Full Checklist Report. For your Compact Asset Report you will also be able to define your compact Asset Report Fields to display as columns as seen below as well:
